Filly names ?

We have a foal due anyway now and are in a battle over names for a filly.

No idea where it has come from but my 13 year is stuck on Vera ?

It's a warmblood baby and will eventually end up grey like dad if the foals from last year are anything to go by.

We want something a bit different - we already have a bobby and there are about 6 billion of them or so it seems x

My old yard used to breed Shetlands and each year the names would have a 'theme' 🤣

Vera would be her stable name then something with challenge for her passport name.

Vera is lovely.

We know a Seren which I think is perfect, also a pinkie which is less so, and a Connie which is nice as a stable name.

Congratulations! Foal watch starts next week for me. I'm so nervous as it's our first one! Dunno how old your DD is but at least she chose a proper name. A mate of mine let's his kids name the foals and he's ended up with a lot of Sparkles, Princesses, Dancer etc and they are big chunky cobs and dales 😂

She's 13 and this baby will be hers, oooh no none of those sorts of names lol x
