Warm boots for kids

What boots are peoples DC wear when riding in the winter? Dd2 especially has been miserable the last couple of times out with cold toes, doesn't help that the ground is either so icy or slippy with mud they can barely get out of a walk to warm up a little. They are wearing ski socks but only room for one pair under their leather toggi tall boots (which are lined). Bonus points for good gloves too that aren't bulky.

Socks www.woofwear.com/winter-riding-sock

Gloves www.woofwear.com/winter-glove

The second pair of gloves would be less bulky than the first.

We don’t ride, but the warmest boots I know are muck boots. They’re a bit pricey for kids boots, but I was happy to spend it for my daughter as her feet don’t grow very quickly.

@Thebookswereherfriends I've looked at much boots and they look good for the yard but unfortunately too bulky for the stirrups

My little girl has a pair of Brogini fur lined country boots. No cold toes at all! She does sometimes ride in them if she's hacking, for jumping she just changes into her jod boots and then changes back.

We have the Brogini tall fur lined boots too. They’re great. I bought them a few months ago on a good deal on VioVet for my children. They wear them with ski socks - not much complaining about cold toes.

Dd had the leather brogini boots but we had so much trouble with the lining I ended up ripping it out and it ruined the boots. I actually have the fur lined ones and the lining is a bit tricky in them too when putting them on so I don't know how DD's would get on with them. I think she needs boots with a zip
