Livery yards & lockdown

Hi everyone,

Can some one please give me some guidance or point me in the right direction about government guidance about how many people should be on a livery yard at any one point over lockdown?

Or if you have even come across any problems like this where you are?

Our yard has rule of 6 which is now being reduced to rule of 2 because lockdown has said one person can meet another person, but this doesn't sound right to me.

Thanks Smile

I've just checked the BHS website and their updated guidance is still 'coming soon'.

The legislation (you can read it online) is a bit unclear

Stables are allowed to be open for animal care and welfare, but the how many people can be on the facility is not written up.

Ours is small, currently what they have said is owners and reliable established sharers/loaners can continue as normal but not bring anyone else with them.
