I haven't heard of this, but there are plenty of free tutorials on youtube for yoga/Pilates that would do the same thing, and as fit and supple as you are, you really need to improve riding skills on horseback.

Thank you @bodgeitandscarper i ride daily and jump successfully at national level. It’s not the on horse riding skills I am after. It is strengthening my core specifically for riding.
I have been doing free youtube fitness tutorials for years.

I am particularly interested in rider focused training To become stronger for the muscle groups used for riding after 2 c sections 2014 and 2016, back surgery and having broken my leg in 2019.

I was wondering about this course too! Makes me a bit sceptical that I can't seem to find anybody who's actually done it...

There’s one called eventing fit which has some free rider specific work outs.
I used to be a work rider and the main bit of core the jockeys used to no was kneel on a gym ball with your arms out in front of you with weights in hands.
I maintain this is impossible and witchcraft but they swore by it.

I'm a dressage rider and I regularly do yoga and Pilates classes. I wanted to do something more 'rider specific' so I signed up to a local equestrian fitness type class. Tbh, it was no different to anything I've done in regular yoga and Pilates classes, only cost three times the price! It was all exactly the same exercises.
