Rehab livery in North England

My horse is slowly recovering from a broken leg, currently still in horsepital but getting close to a potential discharge. As much as I want her home I feel very anxious about taking her home. They've said she sometimes needs help getting up as she has a very heavily bandaged leg. My yard is small and there would be hours each day where she could possibly be stuck with no one noticing, plus 13 hours overnight with no checks.

At horsepital she has 24/7 vet cover plus CCTV in her stable. Ideally I'd like to send her to a non-vet yard that offers the CCTV and 24/7 checks but Google is coming up empty for the north. Is anyone aware of such a yard?

I'm contemplating asking to keep her in horsepital for another few weeks but that seems a pricey option.

Have you asked at the Horspital? They may be able to recommend somewhere. Or contact some studs that have foaling boxes, as they'll have the correct set up with CCTV etc and may be able to help.

There are many yards that have staff or owners that are on-site (and a cheap cctv camera from amazon that streams to your phone might put your mind at ease.)
There are a couple near Durham that offer swimming/hydrotherapy. (Your insurance might even cover that.)

My YO lives on site but that doesn't help overnight when she's asleep! There's no mobile signal at the yard so a camera is out (no WiFi either as doesn't reach to stables).

I will ask the horsepital and Durham isn't too far.

Try some pre-training racing yards but be prepared to pay ££££ for it.

It's ok. She's staying in hotel horsepital a few more weeks. You can't put a price on peace of mind!
