Cheap polo holiday camps: Argentina?

Anyone (Argentinians?) know of any unfussy, not expensive, kids polo camps? My boys ride (not brilliantly, just started jumps) & play hockey and they'd love to play polo. But it's so expensive in the UK! I'd like to send them to Argentina, ideally in or near Buenos Aires, to do a (sleepover) polo kids camp - like the French UCPA 'colonies de vacances'. Any recommendations welcome, thanks.

I couldn't recommend a camp (no experience!) but if polo is a bit prohibitively expensive, have you considered polocrosse? It's certainly cheaper than polo, though it's quite variable depending on where you are.

Ooh good tip, thank you (I'd never heard of polocross).

Worth a look into then - it's like a cross between lacrosse and polo. It's a Pony Club sport, fairly cheap to play (if you can find somewhere local enough), and - most importantly - it's a one-horse sport, unlike polo where you need a string of ponies to play. Also has a lot more boys playing than some other horse sports!

find a pony club that does polo - ours has just started and lessons are £20 on own pony or £40 which includes a polo pony hire (... in the scheme of horses that's cheap - appreciate not in life for other things) .

Yes, in pony £s that is cheap, thank you! What's your club called? We can always stay nearby for a weeks' polo camp.

Hampshire polo school - though its lessons not camp and there is New Forest polo school - though not sure if they do camps, but they do a series of lessons at a better price.

contact pony club polo manager and they can give advise;
