Spring grass and magnesium?

Dhorse moved into a fresh field a few days ago, since then has turned into "crazy horse" box walking weaving, desperate to get out, wants to do everything at a flat out gallop.

Each year I see a slight change in him when the grass starts comes through then he settles down. But this year it's like he's on speed!

I've heard about magnesium deficiency and spring grass, so was wondering whether to add magnesium supplement for a short while?

I do and it's worked for our 13.2 rather whizzy BRP!
I order the 99.9% pure magnesium from Forage Plus. It lasts for ages as I only use a small amount daily.
It doesn't work for all horses but it's definitely worth a try.
