Yes, alex jakob whitworth, she is def on facebook and has a website to contact her equine-awareness.co.uk. ( i think!)
Really good with horses.

It might be worth distinguishing between someone who gives horses massages and a physiotherapist. The former does a weekend course and should not be attempting to treat anything. The latter has done two Uni courses and can help with the tepreatment of variousness issues under the supervision of a vet. Victoria Spalding is in the NW, she's one of the GB team physios.

Unless you have a recommendation of someone you trust it may be an idea to ask your vet for a recommendation.

We have the back lady out every so often as a treat for the horse (group booking at our stables). She works with our vet so in the event there is a problem she can discuss with the vet practice. One of the horses she was treating displayed signs of kissing spine when she treated him. The fact she knew the vet helped with faster diagnosis because she was familiar with the vet.

Thank you for replies, we did have a reccomendation off our vet but when checking the person out there was mixed comments which put me off
