Looking for grazing for my beautiful pony...

Does anyone know of anyone who has grazing & preferably a stable/field shelter on their land/property that I could rent? We are due to relocate to Eastbourne Old Town End of October. I will look at Livery yards if I must but I'd rather not as she needs 24/7/365 individual turnout due to her arthritis.
