old riding hats

Hello everyone. I have two riding hats that are no longer in use. they are British Standard but several years old. How do I dispose of them? Is there any organisation that can do something with them or do I have to send them to land fill? I would value your help. Thanks.

Personally I would not buy a second hand riding hat. I change my DD's hats every time they come off just in case the hat got damaged. Luckily they are not coming off too often!

You could try a local riding school? It is a shame to bin them!
