Wording on florescent tabard?

I'd appreciate any thoughts: I ride with my dog accompanying me. I've kept to off road with one tiny dead end lane so far.

I'd now like to venture out to include other small lanes. He has a bright jacket (he's HUGE too!) but I wonder if I could get some wording put onto mine to alert drivers to him.

I was thinking 'accompanying dog' or 'mind the dog' or 'loose dog'.

He's perfectly behaved, stays alongside me and will come in close and wait on command for passing cars/horses etc. he won't be wondering around the lanes, but still...

If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions for wording (or anything else I could do) is love to hear them.

I'd be afraid of getting some raucous comments if I labelled myself "loose dog" but then I am a minger however I see your concern.

Can the dog wear a fluorescent tabard/guide dog style thing, maybe? If not, "accompanying dog" seems most innocuous. Or just "Beware horse and dog"?

I thought the same! He does wear a flouro jacket too, but just thought if they're looking at the horse to overtake, they may not spot him.

Beware, horse and dog is good actually. Easier to read than accompanying dog I think. I didn't even think of it!
