What happened to co-ordination, balance? I was rubbish! thankfully instructor was lovely.

No muscle ache so far..

Just you wait untill you try to move tomorrow :-) you'll ache .... I promise.

Balance will come back quickly just takesa few goes x

Ohh hope you had a hot bath, and you will me amazed how quick it comes back.
