I jumped!!

So pleased today. I haven't jumped for about 3-4 years now, and I'm not the bravest rider anyway. 18 months ago I couldn't even get on a horse after a massive confidence crash so I am beaming! Gratuitous photo from a few weeks ago as I didn't get any today

That is a BIG SCARY horse! Think you're pretty brave to get up there in the first place!

I did my first jump since I lost the use of my hand last weekend, and it felt great

Oh fantastic ! So pleased for you . I lost my confidence some years back following an accident and I know just how crushing it can be , so well done ! Your horse is almost the spitting image of mine ! ( but mine is fatter at the mo) will try and put pic up.

Well done you! I did my first jumping in about 5 years last week, it is a great feeling isn't it! I am doing it again tomorrow, still terrified but can't wait!
