hi, my lovely DH has just bought me a huge 4x4 beastie so i can take the horse out to shows however due to when i passed my test i need to take the extra towing test. anyone done this recently and how bad is it? im dreading the thought of being tested again as im sure ive picked up some terrible driving habits over the years

I haven't done it, but when I looked into it, it would be about £2k. It's basically the HGV test by all accounts, except you don't get an HGV qualification at the end. Just a towing one!

I should think details are on the DVLA website - I would recommend lessons if you are that out of practice, they will give you confidence and make sure you are doing this correctly.
