Horse shoe help!

Wondering if anyone can help me. I am a rider but not an owner. My sister has two horses. One of them is very special! He isn't old but has so many medical problems he can't be ridden. (happy and pain free otherwise). She loves him dearly and (as he is now bare foot) has saved his last two horse shoes!
The daft question is does anyone have any nice ideas of how to keep, use or display them?

Weld them together, apex to apex, with one at a 45% angle to the other. Makes an excellent boot pull, stand on one, insert boot into other and pull. Very useful!

You could use them in a name plate, if a horse or house or person has U or possibly N in the name? Or an M if you stick them together I suppose!

I expect you can get them plated if you wanted to frame/display them? Maybe powder coated like they do for alloy wheels.

Or a C if you put them sideways, not sure if that's the lucky thing to do though.

I've got a lovely horse shoe from an old friend (retired hunter) which was given to me on my wedding day. It is painted, with the wedding date painted on it, and it hangs from narrow ribbons so it is always the right way up. It is lovely, but I think something that you could do yourself if you're a bit crafty. Another idea is covering the whole thing in velvet ribbon and hanging in the same way (another present - shoe courtesy of an old pointer that I loved).
