Pony Club badge - which way up pls?

Totally non-horsey mummy with very proud DD who has come home from riding school with two mini badges & a bigger badge. The bigger one is apparantly for Handling and Grooming. It's got a brush on it and a hoof pick. She said I was holding it upside down when we were planning where to put it on her PC sweater sleeves. Does the brush go at the bottom or the top please?

I don't really know which way up without seeing it, but I'd do it the way dd wants it and blame her if it's wrong! Well done to dd, Pony Club is fantastic for them.
