I have this thread in AIBU as well for traffic but it was suggested I might want to post here. Back story is that I have recently had a baby and my parents are desperate to relocate to be with their new grandson. Twice now they have had contracts signed, only for the chain to collapse at the last moment.

What do you think? Would you be interested - and if not, why not?

Funny, I have been eyeing this up a while! Plus a lot of other places on Stags' site.. I like it a lot but if you look at the pasture you can see reeds, which suggests it is 'culm measures', very poor soil and common in the area. I viewed another lovely place near Okehampton recently and that was riddled with reeds so I figured it would be a hellish muddy bog hole in the Winter with horses. Still like it though; heavenly outriding. The manege looks like it might need re-doing though which would be expensive, plus for that figure you can get a place with an annexe rather than 'just' a caravan..

PS It has been on the market for a while. Before I view, I will be asking the agent 'what feedback have you had so far'? Very telling...
