Applying for jobs via TES - I need help, a guide for a dummy....

Evening everyone,

So I am applying / wanting to apply for a teaching job. the vacancy is listed on the school's website with a link to the TES page and "Quick Apply".

On the TES advert, on the TES website, is a PDF of the school's own application form (it is an independent school and I find these school's generally have their own). When I pressed "Quick Apply", it takes me to a page where I can type out a covering letter, but then has the button "submit application" - I can't see anywhere to attach the application form. I know that I have to set up a profile, got there once and now can't seem to find my way back to it.

I am finding the TES website really hard to navigate. jobs I have applied for previously have been via my county's own website and the system was beyond simple.

The school is now closed for half term. And to be frank, I feel like I'm being silly with this.

The website for the school says "follow links below and apply directly via TES". There is however a Word document of the form on the website. What I really want to do is just to the Word application and type my own covering letter and send it in, either by post or email, but I don't want to be ignored / disqualified because I haven't used TES. Or am I possibly overthinking this?

So please fellow teachers and school staff, is there anyone out there who could help navigate me through this on here?

Is it advertised on My New Term?
Their application system is super easy to follow and stores details for future applications to save time.
Most schools use My New Term as it is slightly cheaper than the TES. Some schools put it on both.
