Is limited primary school assessment data in a SAR now the norm?

I'm a teacher with 20 years experience, albeit at the same primary school. We have always tested children at least twice a year using NFER to track progress in maths and English as well as complete an NGRT assessment at the start of each academic year. This obviously is alongside continued monitoring in lessons/through marking work and termly pupil progress meetings with SLT.

I've recently completed a SAR for information regarding my child's academic progress and asked for all information from September 2023 to this September. Aside from information contained in their annual report (which is WTS, EXP or GDS) this is the only assessment/tracking data I've been sent. Is the the norm for primary schools as it feels like it's vastly lacking!
