I don’t think I have ever had to be as strong for as long as I have working beneath a very nasty bully of a manager who has been amazingly good at playing the victim.
It has taken those above her many years to see how she operates and she has finally handed her notice in.
There have been daily tears in the staff room from nearly all staff.
There has been the targeting of anyone who has tried to speak up.
There have been people signed off with WRS because of her.
The gaslighting, lying, favouritism, playing people off against each other.
Finally we are nearly free from this hellish reign.
Her behaviour is bound to become more unpleasant as she heads to the end of term which I’m dreading.
But what an awful traumatic time.
