Moving from EYFS to Year 5 - HELP

After 15 years in EYFS I’m moving to Year 5 in September. I’m happy and excited about this but also a bit stressed. My main concern is my subject knowledge in English. I’m very confident with maths but I need a refresher with English. Are there any books or websites you could recommend? I probably don’t need a lot of revision before I remember it all. This is my main insecurity.

What subscriptions for English do your school have? We use grammarsaurus and literacy shed which could be a good place to start. CGP latest books for grammar and punctuation. BBC bitesize. These will give a refresher of what’s covered in year 5.
