Leadership courses (distance/ online) that I can do without the support of my school?

I want to take a course/ school leadership qualification. My current school is not supportive (I actually think they’re going out of their way to stop me). I have a master's in education, so this is the natural next step (I think).

Had anyone done or seen any good courses that I could look at? I don’t actually want to tell my school that I’m doing it.

I'm looking for something that's accredited - these don't seem to be.

I found a great master's course but part of it involved a project in my school. When I asked for permission to do this (which I absolutely have to because it involves the children), the school said no. I can't do it without their support.

I want to take something similar as an F- you, but I know the school will not support me in this

Have you looked at The Chartered College of Teaching?
