Giving honest answers in staff questionnaire during Ofsted inspection

Inspection is imminent for us. I was treated very badly last year and don’t feel like I can say anything positive about the management. But still it feels weird to say so in the questionnaire. Has anyone done it? Should I?

If the questionnaire is anonymous then yes. if not say OK. However if the comment is traceable then how will SMT react.

Based on experience when you are treated badly once it will happen again. So maybe move on or think about it. Just a suggestion.

I was very honest and so were others. Staff feedback was listened to and the school was placed in special measures which it needed to be.
