Whether it is this week or the next (or both) what are your plans?

My sister had a baby in the summer so I am going to visit here, which mean the baby quilt needs to be finished.

Keep my children entertained and try to relax. It has been an intense half term and feel like I am coming down with a cold 🙈

I had my cold before the holiday. Which was good as it meant I haven’t been as ill when I’m off but it was a really tough final week.

Hope you manage to relax a bit.

We're in Krakow for a few days. It's lovely.

That sounds so nice.

I’ve spent the day going to IKEA and then building furniture for my daughter. Knackered now.

I'm very fortunate as have 2 weeks off. DH took this first week off and we have had a couple of days mooching about and a couple of days doing a UK city break which was lovely. Next week I have a couple of coffee dates with friends and also lots of marking to do. I also plan to watch as much tv and read as much as I can. It's going to be non-stop when I go back getting ready for mocks, marking them and then y10/12 in Jan so trying to just relax this hols

This one isn’t really going to be a holiday to be fair, I’m in the first half of the week to do interviews for a few vacancies we have for January and I’ll just catch up on some admin!

Saturday and Sunday was mainly relaxing, catching up on sleep and unwinding after a very tough half term (my poor 2nd was off for half of it so I was a person down and obviously no 2nd to help).

Today we went to an RHS garden which was lovely and tomorrow I am catching up with my Aunt (along with DS) so looking forward to that.

Not sure on the rest of the week yet - probably a mixture of relaxing, bits around the house and some school work for the half term ahead or else it will be hideous as I have a back log from last half term.

Very glad for the week off though- it was absolutely needed!

Late to te thread, but have enjoyed lots of Halloween movies and we went to a halloween party last night with fireworks (this was all organised by the cricket club). I've also been hammering away at my degree.
