It’s the only thing giving me hope that my school might be forced to clean up its act.
I think the anonymous staff survey is going to be eye-watering. The lack of management training for all managers and the resultant terrible impact on morale, the bullying of teachers from TAs, parents and managers, the complete absence of protocol and systems, the list is endless.
