Anyone else doing the Teachers’ Reading Challenge this summer?

Just wondering if anyone else is taking part in the Teachers’ Reading Challenge this year?

It's a free Challenge. You set yourself a reading goal over the summer (children’s/YA books) and log your progress online. There are loads of book lists, CPD-style resources and some nice reflective prompts if you're trying to build reading-for-pleasure into your classroom practice.

I’m using it as a bit of low-pressure CPD while I finally tackle my ever-growing TBR pile 😅 Also hoping to get a few new recommendations I can use with my class next term.

Runs until 31 Oct: teachersreadingchallenge.org.uk
Would love to hear what others are reading if you’re doing it too!

I'm doing my own reading challenge - trying to find the time and space to read books I want to read for pleasure! The Teachers' Reading Challenge sounds too much like CPD for me, and would have me thinking about lesson planning all summer!
