How much leadership/management time would a TLR holder (HoY, 2ic HoY, HoD, 2ic HoD, SENCO) get? Do all TLR holders get the same amount of time, or does the amount of time increase as the TLR increases. Also do pastoral leaders get more L/MT than HoD even if they have the same TLR?

I used to get half a day leadership and management time for my TLR every other week in addition to PPA.
There’s no minimum amount. Union guidance talks about “ reasonable allocation of time…. proportionate to responsibility”
