As the title says, have any TAs on here fone this apprenticeship (to be an assistant senco)?
How did you find it?
How has it affected your pay/level of responsibility??

If you’re referring to the level 5 apprenticeship I’m afraid you won’t find anyone who’s done it as it’s brand new. Only very recently announced and first cohort starting next month.

Aaah... OK!
I thought I hadn't heard of it before.
I'm really interested in it from a professional development pov and am passionate about sen, with lots of experience... but I'm frankly wary of taking on even more responsibility if it's not reflected in a pay increase, and I'm struggling to find information as to how the role should be reflected in pay.

I would suggest gathering some info on the pay and conditions in any other L5 support roles in your trust or local authority so that you have a sense of what parity would look like. Specialist TAs and HLTAs are often L5 so that might be a good starting point for comparison.

My friend is a TA in a secondary school, and the school has signed her up for it. She starts in September.
