Job share - bank holidays

How do you work around bank holidays if you jobshare?
I cover two different classes across the week (I’m 0.7)
One of the teachers has Mondays as her day off.
This year two bank holidays, Easter & May will fall in term time. Should I offer to cover her on what would be my day off instead or is it just one of those things?
interested to know how others manage it?

Wow that’s a really generous thought but no it’s just the way it falls - same if it’s an inset really.

Thanks, yes I thought that too but now I don’t feel so bad. In fairness this person chose to have Mondays off and the other person I cover chose to have Fridays off meaning I can’t usually tag my days off to a weekend so it is quite nice to get the bank holidays!
