I’m a manager in an FE college and MY GOD have they had their pound of flesh out of me. I’m leaving teaching (career change) but I won’t be leaving without thanking all of the people who I’ve had the pleasure of working with. My team is huge but is actually pretty tight and they work their socks off to help disadvantaged kids turn their prospects around.
How can I thank them enough? Cards? Small gifts?…
