Mine is I can write upside down from the other side of the desk. My handwriting isn’t great and it is slow but it is legible.

What are yours?

I can pick up a stack of photocopies and know immediately if it is more or less than 30 sheets.

Throughout the day, I tend to know what time it is without looking at the clock. After years of teaching and timing tasks and following a timetable, I can easily tell how much time has passed from one point to another. My family like to test this.

I envy this one, my stare is not that effective. I’m better at a quizzical bemused look.

I am the master of the photocopier. I can make you booklets of any size. I know which machines can staple and hole punch them for you too. I think they should do CPD on this type of thing!

Yes! And, a top tip is to turn over the paper in the drawer in the morning, it curls ever so slightly overnight and is more likely to cause a jam. That’s why they are more likely in the morning rush!

I'm a lecturer but I can get small groups talking about what they're supposed to be talking about.

I can silence a hall of over-excited year 7s with a look - a PGCE student watched on in awe, bless her.

I can also play the keyboard from behind it - if a kid is sitting correctly with the high notes to the right, I can face them and still play it. Took a while to develop that one.
