Interview in a casually dressed office - what to wear?

Just that really, if you were attending an interview at an office where most people wore jeans, what would you wear? Or, if you’re working and interview candidates in the same kind of environment what would you expect them to be wearing?

I’d dress smart for the interview. You’re wanting to make a positive impression.

Smart trousers, top, blazer and loafers

Or midi shirt dress and blazer

Nice bag, hair groomed, light make up and light perfume.

I'd wear:
Black Barrel leg trousers from MS, ancient mango crepe top, ancient blazer from
Monsoon and some patent loafers from Matalan and a black belt with a gold buckle.

People wearing jeans can vary from cool media types to a factory.
