Independent Sector Leadership Pay

I was just wondering how much independent sector Heads, Deputy Heads, Assistant Heads & Leadership Directors (eg HR, Finance) earn. In a school with 300 staff, would the leaders earn more than in a school with 100 staff?

I’m a HT of a state school so salaries are different but not by much.

These are the bandings of an independent school near me:

HT - £87,000 - £110,000
DHT - £69, 000 - £79,500
AHT - £57,000 - £64,000

HR and Finance would depend on the role and whether it is combined or split.
