I'm relocating to York from London. I am wondering about finding a job and how easy or hard it will be? I've worked in a huge outstanding primary in London and am experienced in both mainstream and special education. I know I can get a very good reference from my current headteacher. My ideal role would be SENCO in Primary as this is my specialism, but I'm flexible and can teach across primary both KS1 and KS2, as well as in resource provision or a special school. Ideally I want an SLT position, but I am flexible. I would be so grateful if anyone has any info about the job market right now for primary teachers in York. Thanks in advance.
