How to connect with ECTs and Teachers

Good evening everyone!

One more day to go (for those starting half term tomorrow!)!

I am asking for advice on how to connect with ECT and Teachers. Alongside my teaching, I work for a company called Leading Out who specialise in supporting teachers who wish to work overseas. However, I am finding it difficult to connect with teachers/ECTs to tell them about the amazing opportunities available to them.

I have emailed training providers but got nowhere! Any ideas?

You could contact Joanne Howard, Adventures after Teaching. She runs a Facebook group for teachers who want to leave U.K. schools but maybe some of them might want to take a side step and move abroad.

Social media may be your best bet. I can’t see training providers wanting to engage with you for obvious reasons.
