Can you observe other schools as cpl?

i want to observe another school that has fantastic attainment in a certain area. I enquired a long time ago and they just got back to me. Someone in the department has worked really hard on developing something I’d also like to introduce.

Are you allowed to observe other schools as part of cpl?

Yes it as a regular thing when I worked at LA schools in the 2000 but since academistarion and MATS it may be more difficult. Do you need to observe them or just meet with them?

Observations put unnecessary huge pressure on staff.
