Have you ever organised a ski trip?

I'm taking a large coach of pupils skiing next year - 12-16 years of age. The company offers a full package which is fine for general organising. I'm just wondering if anyone has any hints and tips and golden words of advice for this type of trip. I've done plenty of residentials, but never a ski trip.

Grateful for any advice!

Do you have a None skiing member of staff for inevitable person who breaks a bone or look after the sick or ailing

It's a good idea as there is usually one sick/ lame / injured who cannot ski.

It's a nice job to sit and supervise with some apres ski but frustrating if you want to hit the slopes

Branded Bobble hats of the same colour are good for keeping track of student off Piste and a nice keep sake

Tie a length of ribbon to each suitcase in the same colour and backpacks or make bag tags

Are you flying or coach?
