TLR for literacy and EAL

What TLR would you expect for leading Literacy and EAL in a large secondary?

There are a lot of contextual factors. Literacy and EAL is a much bigger job in some schools than in others. I know of a school where the head of literacy TLR is 2c (£7k) BUT it is a school which really struggled to recruit and had to attach a large TLR to get any interest from candidates at all. 2b is more common but I wouldn't be surprised to see a 2a.
