I'm hoping to get back into teaching in Sept 2025 after a very long break.
I need to do some voluntary work in a school to get a reference. What would make a headteacher most likely to take me on? I was thinking of asking for one day a week associated mainly with one class but would two half-days be better or covering lunchtimes? Any pointers would be most appreciated. Thanks.
