I am considering a career change to Primary teaching. I am 42 and I would start training in September 2025! I know that primary schools aren't as understaffed as secondary schools, however I was hoping to get a clearer picture on whether I would have trouble finding work in a primary school as a NQT in Hertford and surrounding areas. I have a child, so won't be able to move area.
