Length of a personal statement

After a while out of the job market, I’m applying for jobs again. How long, in words, should my personal statement be? I’m struggling a bit 🥴

2 sides of A4 is the general rule. Tailor it to the school and person spec, focus on impact & directly evidencing your skills.
