Teacher mid-year appraisal during notice period? Do I have to attend?

I have only 2 weeks left at my current school, they have already given me a “poor reference”. Which I will be challenging or taking to court soon. I do not want to take part in the appraisal meeting but do not know what my rights are?

Would you joint the appraisal meeting?

Not sure why they would want to be completing an appraisal review with you if you are leaving - it seems like a really pointless exercise?
It isn’t something I would do.
