Has anyone else found this? I have a low-level support job, worked in education all my career, I’m in my 40s. I’m applying for sectors outside of education & can’t even get shortlisted. I have good qualifications & have been offered 3 jobs in other schools. What am I doing wrong? Is it difficult to get out of education once you’re in it?
