Anyone involved in Primary to Secondary Transition?

I work in a secondary school and part of my job involves organising our transition plan.
We have done a similar thing for years.
We have a day where all the yr6 pupils come up and do some lessons and have lunch. An additional visit day for any out of catchment pupils and extra visits for SEN pupils.
We also do a visit to the feeder primaries from some of our key staff.
We have information and videos on our website and have a parents evening where parents can get info and meet key staff.

Does anyone do anything different from this that works well and would be happy to share details?
Im looking to improve our offer!

TIA

Similar but someone from the secondary also goes to all the Y6 classes of feeder schools so the Y6s can ask questions in their own environment.

Thanks for the reply, we do this as part of our staff visits as well!

We used to walk to our local secondary school with our Year 6s to do athletics in the summer term. They generally organised different sports events for the different primary schools in the Trust (not just for the older ones but also KS1).
Additionally, we also linked up with them when they had students. It was quite good for their secondary trainees to spend some time in our Year 6 class and see what level of work they were actually doing.
