Advice on best online level 3 TA course

Hello,

I currently work in a primary school as a TA and am looking to do an online level 3 TA course.

There seem to be quite a few different courses and providers. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what would be a good course/ provider?

I believe that there is a certificate level and a more advanced diploma at level 3. How much importance do employers place on the two different levels?

Thank you so much for your time, it is much appreciated!

Be careful. I have wasted time on courses that haven't really helped me at all. Learn from my mistakes and have a chat at school about what they would value and would help them and you most.
I'm on a bit of a New Year downer but hopefully this will help you!

It's not necessary at all. Being a TA or learning support assistant does not require a level 3 qualification

@orangeblossom23, that's not the case in all schools. There are also different payscales for each level. OP I did the Cache course many years ago. It involved 3 hrs a week at the local FE college, as well as assignments and projects.
