Realistically - pay rise for September

It’s a ‘how long is a piece of string’ type question…

but realistically what do you think we’ll end up with?

I would be happy with the six and a half percent the pay body have recommended if it was fully funded. I think this is realistic.

In an ideal world I'd like the same pay as Scottish teachers but that's not going to happen.

Yes that would be great… but will they go for it!?

will it be reduced for the leadership scale do we think?

Whatever it is I’m very worried it won’t be funded.
