DSL good friends with many problematic parents

My DSL does not respond to concerns entered into MyConcern.
They break confidentiality regularly, talking about cases she is dealing/ has dealt with.
They drink and socialise with many of the families at the school as their child attends the school that they’re DSL at.
They are a bully.
They make other staff uncomfortable.
should I report?
Surely the DSL should not be friends with parents of children who make regular awful disclosures or any?

You should report to your head, if you don't feel they will listen then contact your LADO.
But be clear about any breaches to the code of conduct you are reporting.
