How to get a safe guarding or welfare or EHCP role in a school ?

Really struggling I want to go into safeguarding or welfare or attendance role in a first or middle school but struggling as there aren't many around where I live.
Narrowly missed out on one in my school. I don't have any school qualifications but am a ta for 2 years with a family support worker role in care.
Any ideas or postive stories pls?

Look out for assistant SENCo roles. They can be quite varied.

Also keep an eye on vacancies at your local authority and police.
