The outcome will be interesting.

I was part of a very difficult inspection this week, where it looked as if the outcome was going to be inadequate for safeguarding, due to ‘not enough detail in record keeping’. Very subjective as to ‘enough detail’

The number of times the HT apologised and said ‘sorry, this is all down to me’. Awful.
Really felt like no lessons have been learnt by inspectors.

Fortunately, by tracking later actions, the inadequate was avoided but the pressure incredible.
