What to wear for SLT interview?

With good shoes I think it would look great. I've sat on a fair few interview panels recently and wouldn't think anything amiss. I'm primary though, don't know if secondary is more formal.

SLT in my school are more formal. I find teaching is a good few years behind fashion usually! This would be a typical outfit.

I’d wear the green one with good shoes and nice jewellery. The one @WhatTheFlipToDo linked to is nice too.
